特效和史前星球没法比，但是解读分析很科学，从南极洲的史前考古发掘开始讲解古生物和地球的变化也很有趣。企鹅真是好可爱好可爱，怎么拍随便给几个镜头都可爱的不行。话说这种纪录片看多了，发现昆虫和爬行动物几乎就没有怎么变化形态和习性，海陆空三栖的冷血杀手类动物连续逃过好几次大灭绝，心情真是挺复杂的……
